Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knows how to get ahold of the ac outlet that comes standard in the toyota matrix xr and xrs models but not in my base model 2005 toyota matrix? It seems as though it would be pretty easy to install if I can get my hands on one.

But you also need to install the inverter. This can't be TOO difficult, but then again, I don't know. The best thing is to ask your Toyota dealer how much; they may give you a hint how to do it yourself (which, I'm sure, will void any warranty you may have remaining...) and then send you to parts for the necessary bits.
