Best price for a new Corolla CE

Anyone have a good feel for prices on Corollas? Is it possible to get a brand new Toyota Corolla CE, automatic tranny, power locks/windows, air CD for around $13,900?

I doubt if you can in the U.S. since that is probably less than the dealer's cost.
