It is near impossible to get a base/optionless Prius. The backup camera has been available in most all option packages since the 2006 model year. Currently, all of the US 2007s (except for a few rental special order optionless ones) come with the rear camera:
The Intgrated (or is it Intelligent?) Parking Assist, IPA, was first introduced by Toyota/Lexus on the Toyota Prius, with the 2004 model year in Japan. By around 2005 or 2006, it became available as an option on the Prius in most markets, but has never been offered as an option on the North American Prius so far. It seems that Toyota is putting the IPA on a Lexus model as the first one offered with it in the US...
