After reading this post, I took a flight and in the middle of the flight I decided to check out the pilot's seat. I ran up to the cockpit door and started banging on it and screamed I wanted to sit in the pilot's seat. Next thing I know I was tackled. WTF.

The cloth seats in my '92 Corolla Wagon are still in excellent shape.
Fabric if you want comfort, leather if you have kids who eat in the car.
