mini trucks

Mar 31, 2008 3 Replies

Hey guys, this' my new employers site. He specializes in imported trucks, hot little articles, growing trend in North America. I've noticed these minis everywhere lately. If you're in the market for a truck this might be what you want. Also, I built the site, so any feed-back would be appreciated (don't bother with the 'how it works' page, she is not in running order yet ). Thanks for taking a moment!

Actually, this appears to be legit. This company seems to be one of those importing tiny trucks from overseas. I've seen a few of these trucks in my area. They really are very tiny; they're mot much bigger than a golf cart.

The problem is, you can only import them into Canada, which allows non- conforming vehicles 15 years old and over. The US won't let them in until they're 25 years old (unless you're using it off-road only).

Looks like a lot of their models are Suzukis.

Are they registerable? There is a guy here selling Cushmans, but they can't be put on the road (I posted something a month or so ago ("I WANT ONE") and a link.) Seems Cushman was buying Suzukis and selling them to colleges, etc for campus use only.

In Canada they are, provided they were 15 years old or older when imported. The few I've seen are on the road and bear normal license plates.
