Guess what is NOT in the Constitution. Funding for all the Executive branch cabinets and employees. So let's not fund these extra- Constitutional positions.

WOW - you are such a superior intellect to have such unprecedented vision - I'm sure that NO ONE else has ever even thought of this, let alone questioned the Constitutionality of the Executive Cabinet Positions in the entire 200+ years of the United States Government. Thank you for blessing us mere mortals with your perception and extensive knowledge of Constitutional Law.

If you'd been unfortunate enough to follow some of the conversations in this newsgroup, in which a particular person (not the OP) whines about absolutely everything that's not authorized by the constitution, you'd see that the OP probably intended his message as a dig.
If that is truly the case, I apologize - I try to avoid the majority of OT posts on this forum but the subject of this one seemed interesting...

It may be accurate, but considering what I know about Señor Ignitus, he probably appreciates that the president has cabinet members. With most presidents, it makes things interesting because they tend to choose interesting people. With the current president, cabinet members may be the only reason we haven't nuked Canada or Grenada.
No need to apologize. This group is highly contextual. Recently I have been told that healthcare, welfare and one or two other "liberal" things are not in the constitution. So we snipe back and forth with the mindset, "oh yeah, well if you cut that spending and we'll cut this spending".
I praise anyone who can keep Cheney stalled or moving sideways.
