I think this is a magnificent opportunity and undertaking that could be quite incredible.
A briefing... 95% of this town was destroyed by a tornado 2 miles wide.
The rebuilding of Greensburg is not a snub about Global Warming. They just want to rebuild the town energy efficient and it started as a spark by private companies wanting to get their products out there as well...
Anyway, tis' an interesting story...
