That's the guy. The constitution trumps all wishes and desires of fools like you, Bush and Rumsfeld. There is only one law. If you don't like it, move to China or Russia where things are more to your liking.

There is only one set of laws, and that is the constitution. You'd like it better in China or Russia.

Alleged terrorist? Right? You know the kind that the NRA says is all right to let have guns, because they say that it's unconstitutional to ban sales of guns to suspected terrorists. Of course these yahoos are completely silent when any other part of the constitution is trampled on by Bush.

Oh?

We should execute Nanci P for violating a law on her last trip....

Amendment VI

You think the constitution is amusing?

Life is great under the great President....George W. Bush!

If dictators and their lackeys want to make that exception, they need to amend the constitution. This was made difficult because dictators are all too common. All other methods, such as whims and delusions, are an offense against the country.

Article Five: Process of Amendments Article Five describes the process necessary to amend the Constitution. It establishes two methods of proposing amendments: by Congress or by a national convention requested by the states. Under the first method, Congress can propose an amendment by a two-thirds vote (of a quorum, not necessarily of the entire body) of the Senate and of the House of Representatives. Under the second method, two-thirds (2/3) of the state legislatures may convene and "apply" to Congress to hold a national convention, whereupon Congress must call such a convention for the purpose of considering amendments. As of 2007, only the first method (proposal by Congress) has been used. Once proposed-whether submitted by Congress or by a national convention-amendments must then be ratified by three-fourths (3/4) of the states to take effect. Article Five gives Congress the option of requiring ratification by state legislatures or by special conventions assembled in the states. The convention method of ratification has been used only once (to approve the 21st Amendment). Article Five currently places only one limitation on the amending power-that no amendment can deprive a state of its equal representation in the Senate without that state's consent.

During Mao Tse Tung's reign, local communist party officials in China required people to use phrases like "great leader". The walls had ears. You'd like living in China.

Hell, you don't know how good you have it.

Says the U.S. military. The guy is lucky to still be alive.

I didn't ask who THINKS he's an enemy combatant. Can you figure out what I

One of my high school friends with a PHD is in China teaching English. He says it isn't too bad....

Hell no....you NEVER make any sense....LOL

If you believe the law can be bent according to the opinion of the moment, then I'll need your home address ASAP so I can stop by and kill you. It doesn't matter whether it's illegal to threaten you or kill you. It's a whim. I feel like pretending the law doesn't exist, just for a couple of days. Just like your president.
