Well, let's face it. It's the next "Gotta Have It" just like the iPod was. It is a pretty amazing little piece of hardware. Problem was, when they were back in the testing phase around Thanksgiving, they discovered they had forgotten one small detail... How to ANSWER the PHONE!!
