Of the countries on that list I would like to know what percentage of those prices is directly related to taxes.
Exactly. While they are checking their gas prices, they should also check their health care cost, education cost, etc.
You can put UK up somewhere arround Sweden and the Netherlands. Now it might even be higher than that.
