The right rear seatbelt seems to be twisted inside the cowling it goes into. Any tips on how to straighten out that thing without removing the entire panel?

I had the same problem; the dealership fixed it for free.

If you can, get the seat belt to retract all the way, then pull it all the way out before un-twisting. If you can't get it to retract all the way, you have to pop the panel off.
Thanks, Ray. That worked.
You're welcome!
