When should Sienna's time belt be changed?

Hi,

Does anybody know when Sienna should change its time belt (miles and years)? Thank for your help.

Some (Newer) Siennas have Chains, IIRC.

Toyota used to recommend 60,000 miles, then 72,000 miles, then 100,000 miles.

What does your manual say?

I think it's 100K on the 04, but I'm not absolutly positive without going to the Sienna and looking it up. Don't worry about it. If it does break, the Sienna will not implode, only quit working til the belt is changed.

dbu,

I have not heard of Siennas having chains. My 04 has a belt.

Whenever the manual recommends it. Go out to the car. Open the glove box.

My 2000 Sienna is supposed to be changed at 90,000 miles.

What model year Sienna? You can look it up the service interval at Toyota's web site.

My '02 Sienna owner's manual calls for 140,000km or 72 months.
