When to replace belts on a 2000 Camry CE

I've been driving my 2000 4-cylinder Camry CE for 11 years now. It has a low mileage of 60,000. I don't see obvious damage on the engine belt, but my eyes are not trained in cars. Is it about the time to replace the belt and the timing belt? Should I replace the water pump too?

About how much does it cost if I take it to an auto shop?

I believe that the replacement interval for your timing belt is 90,000 miles. Your engine is non-interference, so worst case, if the belt breaks, you'll be stranded but there won't be any permanent damage to the engine.

Whether or not the accessory drive belts need replacement depends on the condition of the belts and mileage. If they are not glazed or cracked and they are not squealing, I'd wait until the timing belt is replaced.

I believe that the water pump is not driven by the timing belt in your engine, so wait until it starts weeping to replace it.
