How does one remove the panel under the dash on the passenger side to get to the resistor???? Any pics anywhere on the web?

Have you looked under the Advanced auto or Autozone web pages to see if they tell how ? They have ways to replace many parts on their web sites. You may want to look under replacing the blower motor as I think it is near the same place.
They almost always put the resistors in the air-flow,..to keep them cool.
