I like the horn to honk whenever I lock or unlock with my remote. Do anyone knows how to program it.

Thank the Gods you can't do that with the factory set. You get a chirp.
Those honking alarm things are annoying as hell. Anytime I get near a parking lot or garage, horns are constantly honking. Noise pollution
+1.I should thing you can splice a wire onto the alarm speaker, just find the chirper and make sure the horn gets power when the alarm does...
