The Factory Installed Alarm System Sonalert (Beeper) in my 96 4 Cyl Camry is intermittent. When I press the remote to lock or unlock the car, the beeper may or may not beep - it's very intermittent. The system arms OK, the locks always work properly and the lights blink either once or twice as they're supposed to, but the beep (s) are often missing. I'd like to replace the Beeper- If I could find it. Not sure, but it sounds like a "Sonalert" type unit. Can anyone help with its location - that's the Beeper unit itself. I know I should be able to locate it when it does beep but, so far, I haven't been able to. Thanks again for your help.
