Air Conditioning fuse on 93 Camry

May 22, 2004 2 Replies

The air conditioner on my '93 Camry is not operating. It does not even load down the engine. I was wondering if it was the fuse, but I can't locate it. Any help would be appreciated. Bob

Its probably low on freon -- there is a low pressure cut off that prevents the compressor from kicking in. There was a special service campaign (SSC

001?) on the '93 for the expansion valve (check AllData.com) . If it was never dealt with by the dealer and it caused the freon to leak out -- they will repair, evacuate and recharge it free.

it.

Thanks, I did a Google search and found the SSC is SSCP01.
