car stalls

I am having problems with my LEXUS ES 300. When i leave the gas pedal the car dies... it starts up fine but doesnt come back to the normal idle speed.

Please HELP>>>

Idle Air Control (IAC) valve needs cleaning probably. Do a search on this. Daniel uses TriFlow afterwards with excellent results.
