Adds power - "up to 20%"

Try using continuously as directed - cheaper than a turbo, and no risk of over stressing engine parts. You'll still have a 2 litre four cylinder with no boost, but at least you're fully utilizing the breathing capacity engineered into the vehicle. Also, double check the throttle cable for full open at wide open throttle and adjust as needed. (block of concrete and a 2x4 on the gas pedal) Just try it, and be patient, run it for around 20,000 miles. :-)
