1997 Toyota Headlights Out?

I have 1997 toyota 4 runner and both lights went out.. The high beams work fine but the lows do not.. I checked the fuses and they seem fine. The interior light that indicates the high beams are on are also out. Any idea on how to fix this problem?

Not sure if the 3rd gens are wired the same, but on my 1st gen, the headlight-combo switch was the culprit:
