The paint(?) is coming off the factory plastic wheel center caps (the ones with 6 holes for the nuts) on my 2000 Tundra, revealing a nasty brownish color. I don't really want to buy new ones that seem to be going for $25 or more apiece and would like to paint them instead. Any suggestions on what prep/paint to use?
