Looks like Toyota finally is admitting that there is a problem with the release of TSB EG015-04
They are replacing the cat and reprogramming the ECM...

The TSB is located at tundrasolutions.com -- it will list your vehicle... i know it covers the 6 and 8 cylinder 4 runner...
