ebay has a couple for $6 and $10 on CD-rom in PDF format.

It's a BitTorrent download, works fine when I checked it today.
i forgot to reccomend all the toyota owners groups on the www. there are people who will help and help and make sure you do it right. and they do it for love of the cars.
