I'm thinking of getting a 4Runner and am trying to find out what is a good price. The dealers I've talked to use the pricing on the access.toyota.ca site and give me a price of 43,078 (final sale price including everything) CDN on V6 SR5. Is this a fair price? Is it difficult (economical) to buy one is the US and bring it up to Canada? Also is the undercoating worth having done ($300).

wow, are 4-runners that much these days. i bought a loaded 4cyl 4x4 in 1996 for only 23k.
ask your dealer for the VIR (vehicle inquiry report) for the VIN of the suv you are looking at. check out how much the dealer really paid for it. $800-$1200 over their bottom line cost is a fair deal.
thanks for the info. Call me dumb but how do I obtain the dealer cost once I have the VIN.
