Have 1999 Toyota Sienna -- the two 12 volt auxiliary outlets are dead (even though the actual cigarette lighter works, the other two outlets do not). I checked the 3 fuses in the box under the hood (5a, 10a,
10a) and they are good. Where is the fuse for these two outlets? Thanks, Pat
