Oct 15, 2006 3 Replies

Hi,

I have a Jeep Liberty 2006 and I managed to blow both the power outlet with a faulty invertor.

Can someone please let me know the location and numbers of these fuses.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Billy,

I really appreciate you taking time out to find the diagram for me.

I went below the hood and located the fuse box. Poped it open. In there I found the fuses and relays with a block diagram. Most of them are marked with proper names. (like wiper etc.)

I didnt find anything named Cigaret Lighter or Power output. However two/three fuses are makrked as "JB".

The diagram you gave to me says Junction Block. so I am assuming that its JB.

So does it mean that i should chage all the JB fuses and my cigaret lighter and power outlets start working ?

I know that I am asking for some hand holding here but this is my first brand new car. All of the previouse once were old asiancars.

Please guide.

Thank You,

Santosh

That diagram is, as it is marked, from the '02 Libby FSM.

If it is the same as your model I would be checking the 20 amp fuses, specifically numbers 31 and 1 but all 20 amp to be sure.

I've never actually looked under the hood of a Liberty so I cannot help you more. Generally speaking your owner's manual should have a complete diagram and listing.
