Do you want it fully disabled? I think the same buzzer is also the "you left the lights on" buzzer, and it is useful.

The best move is to mute it so it isn't as annoying. Find the little buzzer box under the driver's side dash, and put tape over the sounder hole to cut the volume way down.

It's also a totally and easily reversible modification - take the tape off, back to normal. Can't say that if you start cutting wires.
