if i bought this toyota from a dealer and they weren;t too sure on the lift kit size, how can i tell what size lift kit i have?

Easiest check it to measure the distance from the top of the front rim (15" assumed) to the bottom of the front wheel well. Stock height is 13.5" - 14":
