Re: 2003 4Runner Front License Bracket?

Noway I would let anyone drill a hole on any part of the car.

Too bad, your state still require front license. How about making an adaptor bracket, then screw/glue the license to the bracket. Or,just drill the hole through the license plate.

If all else fails, how about moving to the other states that does not require front license :-).

The holes on my 2003 4Runner's front bumper don't align with the > standard US state (Maryland) license plate. In TX we still use a front license plate also, but our plates have rectangular holes so they can line up to just about any car. However, I bought a bracket for my plates which have the standard holes and they line up perfectly?

Maybe your state is drilling to the wrong size?

BTW, there is no way I would drill new holes in my bumper.
