Costco carries Mobil 1 motor oil. I have never seen any of the other products. Are you sure they exist?

They exist, but they almost always have to be special ordered, unless you have a regional warehouse in your area where you can go pick it up at the will-call desk - or they can send it on the local delivery truck and you'll have it in 1 or 2 days...

Most auto parts stores can't budget to keep slow moving and expensive stuff like the synthetic ATF greases and gear oils sitting on the shelf.
And the only people who buy it either really need the special properties (like for lubricating stuff in severe conditions like zero-gee vacuum conditions like on space equipment), or they can plan ahead and keep a small stock on hand for their own maintenance needs, and can allow a few days for the resupply when they open their last tube of grease.
