First could someone please tell me of a web site that I can buy tacoma parts at a good price, I need a drivers side tail light for a 1996 . Also would like to find a solution to the hard to remove rims on my truck, If I were to have a flat on the road without a big hammer I would'nt be able to get the wheels off has anyone else had this problem and if so did you find a soulution.

Don, Try eBay for the tail light. I've seen them there going much cheaper than new.
I bought an impact wrench that plugs into your cigarette lighter at Harbor Freight (auto section) for under $20. It's not designed for heavy duty constant use....but for simple jobs like changing a flat or rotating tires, it works great. I liked mine so much that I bought one for my girlfriend's car and my work car. Mike

I plan on painting up the fender but am not sure if I should do in on or off the truck. I'm open for suggestions as I haven't painted a vehicle before. Thanks, Scott
What do you mean by "they are hard to remove"? Is it hard to get to the lugs or are the rims corroded to the wheel discs?

I've had problems where the alloy wheels would become stuck to the steel hub --- I'd have to pry wheel off with a 2x4. I liberally coted the area with anti-seize compond and no longer have the problem.
