Yes. I am putting one on the 2003 4 Runner. The total cost ranges between $4000 - $5000, depending on the dealer.
Wait.. WHAT? When did they release a V8 Supercharger? And the 2003 4Runner motors are not the same as the Sequoia motors...
If TRD does have a V8 S/C, I imagine it owuld work on the Sequoia...

It has been out for a while actually. I know 3 people that installed them. Look at the link. You can order it through Toyota.
They've been out for a long time, but beware... the 2003 Tundra does not have a throttle cable and the 2002 blower is therefore not a bolt-on matter. You need the 2003 kit. Not sure about the 4-runner or Sequoia. If you have "auto start", then you have no throttle cable.

Does the V8 mentioned only come with an automatic transmission? The reason I ask is that the site only lists the supercharger for that combination.

For Tundra, ya... All V8 come with auto, all V6 come with manual.
