What should I pay for a White 2004 SR5 4x4 6 cyl. with the following options?

Bay Area/San Jose CA

Edmunds says invoice is:

Also, I have Vehicle Inquiry Report for 2003 4x4 SR5. It shows:

Retail: $31,848 Dealer: $27,319

The dealer is willing to sell for $29,795 plus government associated fees. If Dealer is $27.3k, doesn't this seem high?

Finally - what is the advantage of 17 inch wheels over 16 inch?

$1500 over invoice and they just came out last month isn't that bad. I doubt White is the hotest color for sales - black and silver and the gold seem to be top colors.. Make them offer $500 over invoice and walk out -- they have your # and will call with counter. 17 inch rims allow for larger brake rotors/calipers and give a better ride. Down side is tires cost tad more. If ya have kids get the wireless rear audio system.
