it started 3 days ago and last night when i was gonna let it run it wouldn't start, the batt has 11 volts and i'm stumped, any ideas???

A charged battery should read 12.6V or better.

Push start it since your 12 Volt battery is so low. I am sure a lot of us has done that in the past once upon a time. That is a nice feature to have sometimes!

Possibly a bad voltage regulator, or your generator (alternator??) is going out.
