When I go around a corner at 35 mph or faster, the inside front wheel seems to lift off the ground? I have swaybars front and rear. I was just wondering if this happens to anyone else. It's a '71 type 3. Would lowering it help?

Not sure, but slowing down would. ;-)
That's a common problem among cars with a 3/4" front swaybar. The rear bar doesn't affect the front wheel from lifting off the ground. One fix is to load 90 lbs of something into your trunk (front). But....I doubt you want to do that. Another fix is to get a smaller front swaybar, but then lower speed cornering will be affected, and the car will lean more. Lowering the front of the car may help, but it's the stiffness of the bar that's causing the problem, not the center of gravity.
You should probably just slow down. :)

35 may be a bit exagaerated, but it's around 30 mph at least.
