is there anyplace online that sells real affordable alternator kits? I'm building a mild, mainly street Baja...going to run a small stereo (no amps) and maybe up to 3 auxiliary lights....thanks

1973 Super is 12V already and a brand new alternator runs from $100 - $125
Try to find one at a junkyard. Cheaper at a pull it yourself junkyard. about $20-30
