69 semi auto tranny is makeing a heavy tapping sound, like a very loose rocker. It runs good but sounds bad and seems to be worse when in reverse.

Cracked, broken or loose drive plate maybe?
Not enough bondo?
CV joints?
no its comming from the center plate area and is noisey when the car isn't moveing. It does run good, so the noise is the only problem at this time.
