I replaced the front brakes pads and the front cylinders, but when the brake pedal is press the cylinders hardly move, I have bleed the air out, and the brake pedal goes almost all the way to the flloor. Do I need a new master Cylinder?

try adjusting the pedal linkage and keep making it shorter until there's play when you press, then just lengthen it fill the play. My guess is that MC isn't returning all the way to the top allowing more fluid in from the reservoir.
Like David said, check the freeplay out on the brake master cylinder pushrod! Adjust brakes (2 on each wheel for a total of 8 adjusters) Check, adjust and apply handbrake Bleed system RR-LR-LF-RF
If there are no leaks and you still have no pedal, or the pedal sinks slowly to the floor = master cylinder! If the pedal is low, try adjusting all of the adjusters tight and see if the pedal travel improves. Post results! Before driving it, readjust the brakes. later, dave
