I have a barely perceptable thumping that I can hear and also barely feel in the steering wheel at very low speed 20-5mph. Its not there when I start off but is after I've driven about. It is not apparent when the wheels are jacked off the ground and rotated.
Any ideas?

Bad tire?? Swap front to rear.

Either bad tire or bad balance on a tire. I'd agree with the swap. If you swap both front tires to the rear and the sound moves, have the ones you moved to the rear rebalanced and checked.
