GOOD luck for a change

Got my T4 powered convertible hackjobspare parts collection inspected yesterday.

The guy tried his best to find somethging wrong with the car, even went to a phone to call someone for advice on something he wouldn not reveal to me. Looking REAL disappointed, he returned, shrugged, and said "well, can't help it. Can't find anything wrong with the car, looks like I will have to let you pass."

LOL

Tomorrow will be the third day I'm driving this rolling abortion to work.. cleaned the carbs today. Installed new fuel line, new electric pump, filter, regulator last weekend. Got two new front tires mounted this morning (6" wheels, 195/65 15" tires)

Clear blue sky, exceptionally hot and sunny days.

Kirin arrives Friday, weekend booked full of car events and such. Race, show, cruise..

Last week of summer vacation begins monday and I have Friday off too.

Life is good.

Jan :D

Jan,

please define "exceptionally hot", I'm eagerly awaiting this one! LOL

What's hot in Utah, John? Us MinneSnowtans start wilting at 80F. Why we're so accustomed to cold that we actually believe that ACVWs have heat.

Step off the plane at Miami Int'l..............Damn I thought I'd wlked into HELL the first time I did that.

and it wasn't but about 78 degrees.

Nah, no time.. most of my time has been spent making the vert legal.. the bus sits outdoors under a tarp, eagerly waiting for it's turn. NEXT WEEK, I promise! It will see LOTS of progress! Wiring and bodywork..

Yea, several bottles of it ;)

You guys are all a bunch of wussies. I just got back from Doha, Quatar last week. 118 degrees. Livin in tents. Ahhh the good life. 3 beers a day...max. Makin $3.50 a day. And I'm going back next week. I guess the bug will just have to wait another month to get some attention. Dan

Fergit dem dam beers! Gimme straight water. Enough of that and I can take 120 degrees all day long! And work my ass off while I'm doin' it!:~)
