leaking crank pulley

My engine leaks behind the crank pulley. I don't think it's excessive backpressure, but rather the cheap aluminumpulley I have. There is no oil coming out of the dipstick and all the breathingstuff is setup right. Does it soundfeasible that a junk pulley could cause a pretty decent leak (but only at highspeeds)? I've had the problem for acouple months now and it is slowly getting worse. I find that if I only drivelike 55 it doesn't create much of a mess.It's only when I am travelling at around 70 that it starts to become a nuisance.Also, what is a good kind of pulley toreplace it with?Thanks.
