Greetings All, Just acquired a 74 VW Standard Type 1 AH-A 1600cc engine and having trouble finding a replacement air vent for the hood. Saw one(chrome) on BugCity-USA but not sure. Would probably prefer finding a black one as the Bug has minimal chrome, but anything will do to hide the open slots that connect to the incoming vent housing in the trunk. With thanks to 'Speedy Jim' who had trouble with this one.. Any suggestions before I go and order the wrong thing. Please see photo at:
