No One wants to play on the Undernet?

Can you post a link? I never used Undernet, can't figure it out.

"Here are the instructions for the web-based chat for new years eve:
1) Go to the site

Select Channel as #newbies (default), make sure your server is somethinglike eu.undernet.org or us.undernet.org, Hit Connect3) You will be prompted for a security warning, click yes. I promise it isnothing to be alarmed of.4) Pick a nickname, hit connect5) In the white area type this exactly: /part #newbies6) hit return
7) Then type /join #ramva
8) Hit return
9) Welcome To ramva IRC
