Thanks Andy. They replied by e-mail. Your description of the place, "...[1]If you've ever seen the place, you'd wonder if anyone has set foot in the building in 20 years." kinda fits their apparent attitude - extremely laid back. It seems that my part will arrive eventually so I should just be patient and sooner or later, they'll get a replacement for me and send it out!



I'm more amused than upset at this point, so I guess maybe I will just sit it out! Didn't really need the taillights anyway!

Yea, I've only been in the shop once. The parts counter is all of 3 feet long. There's no showroom at all. You walk in the door and you try to find an opening amongst all the parts, paperwork and catalogs stacked up everywhere. I think their main source of revenue is mail order. Wolfgang, on the other hand, is a pretty neat place. Not quite as big as Bugformance in Sacramento. At least they seem to cater to the walk-in enthusiast more than Bus Boys, and seems to be 100% better run.
