Emergency flasher works, signals work, but not the green indicator. Oil & Gen light not working. Checked bulbs, they're OK. The flasher relay clicks. No instrument lights working. I tried to trace all the wiring, it seems OK but am I missing something.

...are you getting 12 volts at the gauge? I bet that you are no0t...the wire from the indicator lights to fuse block is prolly disconnected.

Track down the wires with a voltmeter measuring at any connection until you get to the hot wire from the battery, you should find the cause quickly, probably something like a connector-that-looks-like-connected-but-is-not, or a rusty connection, blown fuse, etc... Did you check the bulbs?
