I was away for the weekend, up in Santa Barbara, bicycling around with my lovely wife. Hardly saw an ACVW at all, which surprised be given SB's large hippie contingent.
Wish I could say that we drove the Wonderbus from here in San Diego, but we didn't -- we used it to take us to the Amtrak station. And considering the heat wave we are having here in SoCal, I'm glad I didn't try to take the bus through the L.A. freeway system.
Did I miss anything while I was gone?
Just how large are the Hippies there?
Hahahaha, I live in SB, and it sure is hot right now! Hippies? Don't know about that... sometimes I catch a decked-out bus in full hippie splendor. I wish I'd had time to take my bug out this weekend, work and the weather always seem to be in cahoots!
