Hi To All,

I have come here before when i was in trouble and needed help and everyone was really cool and helped me to solve my issue.

Here is todays brainteaser:

I have a 2003 Volvo S60. I love the car. It looks great, it's fast(by my standards). Hre is the issue, out of nowhere the lights that illuminate the dashboard no longer works.. Any idea's ? I am no mechanic and I hope it does not removing the dash to replace a lamp. Maybe a uise or something.

Thank you to any and all who can help!

Thank you TJ

er, make that tail lights. Typically, tail lights and dash lights are on the same fuse.

Yes, all other lights are working

This may seem obvious, but did the dimmer inadvertently get turned down all the way? I've seen that happen before by people trying to set the clock and such.

Do radio and shift indicator lights work, there should be more than one dash bulb so I dought its bulbs.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for the responses. The lights on the radio work, all lights interior and exterior are working. For clarification, if it helps, it is the set of lights on the dashboard where the steering wheel is. When working properly they light up and tell you what gear you are in or certain features like tracktion control.

Thank you so very much for the help guys. I can send a pic to is that helps. I can't see it being a bulb because it looks like the entire dash would have to be torn out to replace a bulb. They look like (nad maybe are) LED's.

Thank you again, and God Bless you all for so much help.

J
