So I've got a pair of nice front seats from an '89 240 that I'd like to put in my 242. I know the seatbacks and mechanicals are different but I also know that the newer seatbacks will bolt right on to the older seat bottom mechanicals. The question here is do the newer seatbacks have a place to mount the release button? Has anyone tried this?
