how can I clean my airco-system. I have a polar 940 2.3l.( 1995 ) Can I do it myselves or do I need a specialist.

Other than cleaning off the condenser (in front of the radiator) with a hose, what else does one need to clean in a car's air conditioning system? Not sure what a specialist would do that you cannot.
If the evaporator gets mold growth it can take some doing to clean it.
