My gas cap got left open so the 'check engine' lamp turned on. It's been a couple weeks now and the lamp has not reset even though my dealer said it should have done so.
It's nearly a hundred mile trip to take the thing to my dealer. Is there anything I can do - like disconnect the battery ??
